The German brings us a funky disco track with some soulful vocals, slappin bass goodness, with a shoulder shakin bounce. Smooth and funky.
West Coast bred Goldroom comes at us again with his excellent production skills. Laced with soft vocals from Chela, great for those sunset moments.
Keane new album “Strange Land” just dropped May 4th, and of course there already of a remix of the debut single Silenced by the Night. The original is a classic Keane sound. The Alesso remix moves it into that big room, eyes in the back of your head, chanting punch.
Indie reincarnation from The Dirty Secrets and Jarrah McCleary, the newly formed band Panama brings us their first single “Magic”. A throwback to the good days of simple summers. Just chilling out on the beach with a cold brewski or 10. Filled with catchy 80′s sounds and vocals. Its one to be applied regularly when out in the sun.
The dirty south not only brings us gold grills and crayfish, but also an indie band making ways being named by Time Magazine “Ten Acts That Rocked South by Southwest”. Their track Ceiling of Plankton has just released its official music video. It took almost a year since the track was released, but at least it’s still has some steam.
Mash-up guru Girl Talk throws in the blender Jim Jones, Lloyd, and 60′s classic The Lovin Spoonful for a healthy smoothie that just taste like magic.
